Returns

  • Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
  • Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.

Exchanges

  • We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
  • Exchanges are subject to product availability.
  • Customers may exchange items for a different size, color, or another product of equal value.

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Gift cards
  • Personalized or custom-made products
  • Beauty, skincare, or personal-use items (if opened or used)

Refunds

  • Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
  • Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
  • Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
