Returns
- Items may be returned within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Products must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in their original packaging with all tags attached.
- Proof of purchase (receipt or order confirmation) is required for all returns.
- Items showing signs of use, damage, or alteration are not eligible for return.
Exchanges
- We offer exchanges for eligible items within 7 days of delivery.
- Exchanges are subject to product availability.
- Customers may exchange items for a different size, color, or another product of equal value.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:
- Sale or clearance items
- Gift cards
- Personalized or custom-made products
- Beauty, skincare, or personal-use items (if opened or used)
Refunds
- Once we receive and inspect the returned item, we will notify you of the approval status.
- Approved refunds will be processed within 5–10 business days through the original payment method.
- Shipping fees are non-refundable unless the return is due to our error.
Damaged or Incorrect Items
If you receive a damaged, defective, or incorrect product, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the item and packaging. We will arrange a replacement or refund at no additional cost.
